Note cards are going right along. I admit, I fell behind over the weekend when I popped up to Edmonton for the reopening of the Legislature, so I made up for it today with a few extra cards. Cheating? Pshaw–it’s my project 😉
As to NaNoWriMo, I all but gave up–not by choice, but by sheer inability to make time. Did I mention that I’m trying my hand selling crafty things this Christmas? I love to be crafty–knitting and sewing and the like–and then they pile up.
So I’ve joined in with friends to see if I can divest myself of some items and make a little pocket money while (hopefully) providing people with Christmas trinkets and gifts. So that’s next weekend. I’ve been busily hand embroidering a slew of little felt birds, each of which take about six hours to complete, so that’s been the majority of my pre-Christmas work. NaNoWriMo is just scheduled at the wrong time. I saw we make it happen in February: nothing happens in February, and it’s less days!
